Guess who is finally HOME!! Josh came home Sunday afternoon from NTC (National Training Center) at Ft. Irwin, CA, where he spent the last month training for his deployment to Afghanistan in February.
We were so happy to see him and to be able to have him back home for these next two and a half months before he leaves again.
Josh did an excellent job assisting his Company Commander and will be receiving an award for his hard work and amazing leadership ability that he displayed during training. I am so proud of my amazing husband and the great leader and example he is to me and to his soldiers. It makes me feel more at ease to be sending such a great soldier over to Afghanistan to fight for our country and defend the freedoms we all enjoy everyday. Thank you for your hard work Josh! I am so proud of you and love you very much!
Moose sure missed her daddy and was also glad to see him as well! She wouldn't stop giving him kisses!

So sweet. I haven't talked to you forever Rache! I feel horrible. I"m so glad Josh made it home for THanksgiving. Yay! We are so proud of you too Josh - proud to have you as a brother in law. You are amazing and truly a hard worker. You deserve to be awarded. Love you both. And glad Moosey girl remembered her daddy.
